在GA前的活動，包含許多工作坊，如：

Opening Ceremony

Plenary

GA每晚舉行，所有NMO presidents會對於提案、下一次GA舉辦等進行投票。 團隊包含：

1. Chairperson
2. Vice-chairperson
3. Constitution Credential Committee：依照法規，提供徵詢和建議
4. Secretary and assistant secretary：會議記錄
5. Returning Officers：發送選票、計票、傳送麥克風

名詞說明：

1. Point of Information：對會議或動議簡單說明，不可包含主觀意見
2. Point of Order：若有違反IFMSA法規時提出。
3. Financial committee
4. Credential form
5. Policy statement(PS)：IFMSA對於特定議題的聲明。

Plenary流程：

Standing Committee session

每天早上由各委員會來帶領討論。

NMO management session

包括如何行銷、帶領團隊。

President session

討論在plenary會被投票的議案。

NMO hour

讓個別NMO討論。

Theme events

針對每次會議年度主題的活動。

Project Fair

NMOs交流彼此的計畫。

Trainings

各種訓練工作坊，如soft skills。

Contract fair

AM時，NEO(National Exchange Officers)與其他國家簽約和NMO行銷各國時間。

AF market

MM時，NEO分配交換生的時間。

EB candidate debate

EB候選人辯論，所有代表可以問他們年度計畫。

Closing Ceremony

Social Program

1. Color party：各委員會穿他們的代表色
2. National Food and Drink Party(NFDP)：各國展現他們的食物。
3. Cultural show：NMO可以表演。
